Sandra Baker is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has over 20 years of experience providing evidence based psychotherapeutic services to diverse individuals across various age groups. She earned a master's in Community Psychology from Alverno College. Sandra has certified trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, as well as Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy.
Dr. Simonleigh Miller has vast experience providing individual psychotherapy to the young and older adult populations. Dr. Miller earned a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Seton Hall University, a master’s degree in Psychological Studies from Seton Hall University, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from The College of Charleston. He is an unlicensed Clinician with a temporary permit to practice and receives supervision.
Clinically, Dr. Miller utilizes an evidence based and integrative style, including cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic techniques. His approach focuses on developing a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship with all of his clients. It is his goal as a therapist to cultivate a safe, caring, non-judgmental environment, where clients feel free to be their authentic selves. Furthermore, Simon is a culturally sensitive therapist and always considers an individual's whole identity. He carefully explores one's thoughts, emotions, behaviors, socio-cultural context, interpersonal relationships, and lived experiences, as a means of facilitating healing and empowerment.
Jesse Merise is currently a 3rd year Counseling Psychology doctoral student at Seton Hall University. He has an array of experience with providing individual and group psychotherapy services to diverse populations. Jesse earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University, and his master's degree in Psychological Studies from Seton Hall University. He is an unlicensed Clinician and receives supervision.
Clinically, Jesse utilizes evidence-based and integrative therapeutic styles, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches. He focuses on supporting and collaboratively working with clients, which includes diversity awareness, appreciating a clients strengths/needs, and cultivating an overall safe and pleasant therapeutic space. It is his goal as a Clinician to promote self-care and mental wellness.
Dr. Tamara Jean-Jacques is a graduate of William Paterson University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and holds a Master of Psychology degree from Adelphi University. She is also a graduate of New Jersey City University with a master's degree in Educational Psychology and a professional diploma in School Psychology. Additionally, she holds national and New Jersey certification as a school psychologist, along with a supervisor certification. Dr. Jean-Jacques is an unlicensed Clinician with a temporary permit to practice and receives supervision.
Dr. Jean-Jacques earned her PsyD in Advanced School Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is bilingual, fluent in both English and Haitian Creole, and is passionate about working with clients from marginalized populations to improve overall wellness. Her clinical orientation combines psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches.
Dr. Cindy Molina is a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist. She earned a Ph.D. in School Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Education from Fordham University. She also has a Master of Arts degree in Psychology as well as a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from Montclair State University.Dr. Molina is an unlicensed Clinician with a temporary permit to practice and receives supervision.
Dr. Molina has extensive experience providing individual and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Family Therapy, and psychodynamic techniques. Dr. Molina actively incorporates a collaborative, holistic framework into her therapeutic process, recognizing the whole person, and considering not only their mental and emotional well-being but also their physical, social, cultural, and environmental aspects.
Tejasvini Mantripragada is a third-year Counseling Psychology Ph.D. student at Seton Hall University. She has experience working with diverse clients throughout the lifespan and has conducted individual and group therapy in school, college, and hospital settings. Tejasvini earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from the University of Florida. She is an unlicensed clinician and receives supervision.
Clinically, Tejasvini uses an integrative approach, utilizing relational psychodynamic, interpersonal, relational-cultural and emotion-focused therapies through a trauma-informed feminist lens. She hopes to co-create a supportive therapeutic relationship in which clients feel safe and, at times, appropriately challenged to heal and grow. Tejasvini believes that every individual is unique and is shaped by their lived experiences and sociopolitical/cultural contexts. She personalizes treatment to each client and welcomes clients' feedback throughout treatment.
